Corrections are the most useful thing anybody sends: the castle changes its closing arrangements, the city moves a bus line, a listing gets edited between one week and the next, and I would rather hear it from you than leave a page wrong. If you have been and found something different from what a page here says, say so and I will change it.
What I can answer
Questions about the visit, and about what any of the six listings includes. Most of it is already written down: the hours and the November closure, the castle’s own rates, the lines out to Amras, parking on Schlossstrasse, what is reachable and what is not, and all six listings side by side. What I cannot do is sell you anything. I am a guide who writes a website, not the museum and not a tour operator.

Anything booked through a link here is a booking with GetYourGuide, and the confirmation e-mail carries the route to their support for changes, cancellations and refunds. The castle itself
For anything only Schloss Ambras can answer — a group booking, a school visit, whether a room is open on the date you are coming, the winter tariff, or the times of its German-language guided tours — go to the castle rather than to me. It is run by the KHM-Museumsverband and its own site is schlossambras-innsbruck.at, which carries its contact details and its own online shop. The address is Schlossstrasse 20, 6020 Innsbruck, in Tyrol, about three kilometres from the old town on the south-eastern edge of the city. Exactly where that is.
Where I am
